Office Building

The Marina Heights Building A project is a fifteen-story office building and seven-story above grade parking garage.  The gross square footage for the project is 1,299,539 S/F of space.  We performed a complete core, shell, and TI build-out for the following scopes of work on the project; engineered shop drawings, light gauge framing at the interior and exterior walls and ceilings, drywall, and paint.
