Retail Center

The Phoenix Premium Outlets provides a unique outdoor setting where shoppers can enjoy the largest collection of designer brands.  The building features light gauge framing at the interior and exterior walls and ceilings. The project consisted of nine separate buildings with approximately 400,000 S/F of retail space.  The project also includes a food court and nine towers for retail advertisement. This project was located within the Gila River Indian Reservation
